Blood groups के बारे मे सर्वप्रथम कार्ल लैंडस्टीनर ने बताया था। वर्तमान काल मे कुल 36 प्रकार के Blood groups एंव कुल 346 प्रकार के Antigen खोजे जा चुके है।
क्रAntigen एंव Antibodies दोनो मनुष्य के शरीर मे पाए जाते है। Antigen को Ag से प्रदर्षित करते है एंव Antibodiesको Ab से प्रदर्षित करते है। मनुष्य के शरीर मे Antigen एंव ।Antibodies दोनो एक समान नही पाए जाते है।
क्र मनुष्य के शरीर मे Antigen, A व B पाए जाते है। वही Antibodies, Anti A(b) o Anti B(b) पाए जाते है।

- v RH Blood Group System- RH अर्थात् Rhesus अर्थात जिनमे Antibodies ‘D’ पाया जाता है उनका Blood Group, Positive होता है। जैसे- (A+, B+, AB+, O+½ तथा जिनमे यह नही पाया जाता उनका Blood Group, Negative होता है। जैसे- (A-, B-, AB-, O-) इसे Hemolytic Disease Of The Newborn या Erythroblastosis Fetalis कहते है।
उपचार- प्रथम बच्चे के पैदा होने के बाद 72 घंटो के समय अंतराल के मध्य माँ को Rho GAM नाम का इंजेक्षन दिया जाता है। जो माँ मे उपस्थित Rh factor का विनाष कर देता है। जिससे द्वितीय बच्चे के समय माँ एंव बच्चा दोनो सुरक्षित रहते है।

Blood groups were first told by Karl Landsteiner. In the present period, a total of 36 types of blood groups and a total of 346 types of antigens have been discovered.
Both Antigen and Antibodies are found in the human body. Antigen is represented by Ag and Antibodies are represented by Ab.
Antigen and Antibodies are not found the same in the human body. Antigen, A and B are found in the human body. The same Antibodies, Anti A(b) o Anti B(b) are found.
- RH Blood Group System- RH means Rhesus means those in which Antibodies 'D' are found, their blood group is positive. For example- (A+, B+, AB+, O+) and those in whom it is not found, their blood group is negative. For example- (A-, B-, AB-, O-) it is called Hemolytic Disease Of The Newborn or Erythroblastosis Fetalis. says.
- Treatment- After the birth of the first child, an injection of the name Rho GAM is given to the mother at a time interval of 72 hours. Which destroys the Rh factor present in the mother. Due to which both mother and child are safe at the time of second child.
